​1. What is Diallo Destinations?
Diallo Destinations creates immersive travel and photography experiences that combine camera, culture, and connection. Each trip is designed to let you see a place through a new lens—literally and figuratively—guided by experienced photographer and tour leader, Ibrahima Diallo.

 

2. What makes your trips different from other tours?
We’re not your typical tour and definitely not your average photography class. Diallo Destinations is where photography, culture, and connection come together in the most unforgettable way. We take you to vibrant cities, guide you through hidden gems, introduce you to local people, and help you capture it all—through your camera and your heart. You don’t have to worry about a thing. Just show up, soak it in, learn new skills, and take the kinds of photos (and memories) you’ve always wanted. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this is travel how you always imagined it—rich, soulful, and real.

 

3. Do I need to be a professional photographer to join?
Not at all! Our workshops are for everyone—beginners, hobbyists, and professionals. We focus on creativity, perspective, and storytelling, so you can capture amazing memories regardless of your camera or skill level.

 

4. What destinations do you offer?
We currently host experiences in New York City, Jamaica, Mexico City, Senegal, and United Kingdom.
We are always reviewing and expanding our list of destinations. If there’s somewhere you’d love to explore with us and it’s not yet on our list, please get in touch—we’d love to hear from you!

 

5. What’s included in the trip price?
All trips include photography workshops, guided cultural experiences and activities, and personal photo coaching. Some trips also include accommodation and some meals. Full details for what’s included are listed in each itinerary.

 

6. How do I book a trip?
Booking is simple! Visit the Trips & Experiences page, select your preferred experience, and follow the steps to confirm your spot and select your payment option. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and everything you need to know before the trip.

 

7. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Our refund and rescheduling policy is available here, on each page of our website and in your booking confirmation. You can also email us at diallodestinations@gmail.com for assistance.

 

8. Do you offer group or early bird discounts?
Yes! We often offer early bird discounts and special rates for pairs or small groups. Check the Trips & Experiences page or sign up for our newsletter to hear about current offers.

 

9. Can you create a custom private trip?
Absolutely! We love designing bespoke photography tours and cultural experiences for individuals, families, and groups. Get in touch to discuss your dream trip.

 

10. What should I bring on a photography trip?
Bring your camera (or smartphone), comfortable walking shoes, and a curious mindset! Once you book, you’ll receive a welcome guide with tips on packing, local customs, and travel essentials.

 

11. Do you arrange flights or visas?
Flights and visa arrangements are typically not included, but we provide guidance on the nearest airports, travel requirements, and helpful tips to make your journey smooth.

 

12. How can I stay updated on new trips?
