1. About Diallo Destinations

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency specified at the time of booking.

Prices may change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

 

Payment schedules, deposits, and balance due dates will be communicated during the registration or booking process.

 

Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the program, workshop, tour, or destination.

Specific cancellation and refund terms will be provided at the time of registration.

 

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility may decrease as the departure or event date approaches.

  • Administrative fees may apply.

  • No refunds may be provided for unused portions of a program once it has begun.

 

Diallo Destinations strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance for all travel-related experiences.

7. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

  • Respecting fellow participants, guides, hosts, and community members

Diallo Destinations reserves the right to remove a participant from an experience without refund if their behavior endangers others, disrupts the group, or violates local laws.

8. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically capable of participating in an activity.

You agree to inform Diallo Destinations of any conditions, limitations, allergies, or concerns that may affect your participation.

 

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

9. Assumption of Risk

Travel, cultural exploration, photography activities, walking tours, workshops, and international experiences involve inherent risks that may include:

  • Transportation delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and accept personal responsibility for your participation.

10. Photography and Media

Photography is an important component of many Diallo Destinations experiences.

By participating in our programs, you grant Diallo Destinations permission to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media captured during activities for educational, promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes.

 

Participants who wish to opt out of promotional use should notify Diallo Destinations in writing prior to the start of the program.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Photography

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Educational materials

  • Workshop content

is the property of Diallo Destinations unless otherwise noted and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
