Rescheduling, Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Policy for All Experiences

1. Cancellations by the Participant

  •  More than 45 days before trip start: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

  •  30–45 days before trip start: 50% refund.

  •  Less than 30 days before trip start: No refund available.

  •   No-shows: No refund.

2. Rescheduling Requests

  • More than 30 days before trip: Free rescheduling to another available trip date within 12 months.

  • 15–30 days before trip: $100 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

  • Less than 15 days: Rescheduling not guaranteed; fees may apply up to 50% of the trip cost.

3. Name Transfers / Replacements

  • You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost up to 14 days before the trip.

4. Cancellations by Diallo Destinations

  •  If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for free.

  •  We are not liable for any costs incurred from flights or accommodations not booked directly with us.

5. Travel Insurance

  • All participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and delays.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

​Please email diallodestinations@gmail.com with your full name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation or change. We’ll confirm within 72 hours.
