Rescheduling, Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Policy for All Experiences
1. Cancellations by the Participant

More than 45 days before trip start: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.

30–45 days before trip start: 50% refund.

Less than 30 days before trip start: No refund available.
-
No-shows: No refund.

2. Rescheduling Requests

More than 30 days before trip: Free rescheduling to another available trip date within 12 months.

15–30 days before trip: $100 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

Less than 15 days: Rescheduling not guaranteed; fees may apply up to 50% of the trip cost.

3. Name Transfers / Replacements

You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost up to 14 days before the trip.

4. Cancellations by Diallo Destinations

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for free.

We are not liable for any costs incurred from flights or accommodations not booked directly with us.

5. Travel Insurance
-
All participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and delays.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
​Please email diallodestinations@gmail.com with your full name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation or change. We’ll confirm within 72 hours.
